I'm not sure... I came here after a bad experience with Belgrade. They were not busy. There were two people in front of me. I was directed to have a seat, and someone would be with me. A couple of minutes later, a young lady came over and asked why I came in. She explained they are a third-party provider and charge 39.99 on top of state prices, and it would be about 20 minutes. After a few minutes, 3 or 4 more people come and the same thing. Besides, a young man who just welcomed himself to the desk while another customer was getting her picture taken. The people after me started getting helped before me.

I went to DMV express to get a title for my new car and I was very satisfied with the service. Jessica was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She helped me fill out the paperwork and checked everything for accuracy. She also explained the fees and taxes involved and gave me a receipt. She was very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. I appreciate her assistance and I would recommend DMV express and Jessica to anyone who needs title work. The wait was 2 hours and 20 minutes for a 5 minute transaction which was a disappointment. But I had the pleasure of watching Susan do an absolutely amazing job at bringing moments of joy and levity to all who entered into the otherwise frustrating situation. She did an extraordinary job and gave me goals! Jordan who worked on my transaction was bright, friendly and competent. I very much appreciated her!
